National Handwriting Day–January 23

January 24, 2009

In conjunction with John Hancock’s birthday, today is National Handwriting Day!  So what did we do to celebrate?  Copywork, of course!

D’s (age 4) alphabet tracing:

p1230294

C’s (age 5.5) handwriting sample of our January scripture:

p1230293

The same in A’s (age 8) cursive:

A's cursive

At the bottom of this blurb on HolidayInsights.com, there’s an ad for Ecards–perfect for any occasion!  Because you know there’s no better way to encourage developing penmanship than to send an ecard!
